Prosperity St. is a business consulting and delivery firm based in Melbourne, Australia. This policy covers personal information collected through prosperityst.com.au.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, mobile number if you give one, business name, the services you are interested in, your message, your preferred timing and call time, and whether you want our updates. We also record the page you sent it from, how you found the site (for example a search engine or a campaign link) and the date and time.

We do not use advertising cookies or trackers. If we turn on website analytics, it will be a privacy-friendly service that counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

Why we collect it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to talk about and deliver the work you ask about, and to keep a record of our dealings with you. We send you updates or newsletters only if you tick the box on the form, and every message includes a way to unsubscribe.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

Where it is kept

This website is hosted by Vercel. Enquiries are stored in a private Vercel storage area located in the United States, which only we can access. If email notifications are switched on, enquiry details are also sent to our own inbox through Resend, an email service in the United States. By sending an enquiry you consent to your details being stored and processed in the United States for these purposes.

When you become a client, your details move into our client management system, and we will tell you which services we use for invoicing, payments and project work at that time.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to keep business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or stop receiving updates. Send your request through the contact form and we will respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, tell us through the contact form and we will try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We will update this page if our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
